Terms of service
SnapCRM User Agreement
Version 2026-07-04. This is the agreement presented to applicants when they request a SnapCRM account or create one directly through the public signup flow.
Acceptance of service
By checking Agree and submitting a SnapCRM account request or account registration, you confirm that you are authorized to act for yourself or the business you represent and that you agree to this SnapCRM User Agreement.
This agreement is between the applicant and SnapCRM, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Registration and account information
SnapCRM account setup generally collects account and contact information such as full name, business or company name, business or mailing address if provided, email address, and phone number, along with basic technical details needed to record your acceptance and protect the platform.
SnapCRM will not sell your collected account-request information. SnapCRM may disclose information only as needed to operate the service, provide support, comply with law, protect the platform, or work with service providers acting on SnapCRM's behalf.
Payments and third-party processors
SnapCRM does not store full card or bank payment details inside SnapCRM platform records. Payment credentials and payment processing are handled by third-party payment processors that are not affiliated with SnapCRM, Inc., except as service providers used to operate billing.
Your use of any third-party payment processor is also subject to that processor's own terms, privacy notice, and security practices.
Customer data and your responsibilities
SnapCRM provides hosted CRM websites, voice interactions, secure chat, call logging, exports, and related workflow tools on an as-is and as-available basis.
SnapCRM will use commercially reasonable efforts to operate the service and preserve stored data within the limits of the platform and its providers. You acknowledge, however, that you remain responsible for maintaining your own copies, exports, business records, and backups of customer, order, and operational data that matter to your business.
Because SnapCRM provides tools to export CRM data, the customer accepts responsibility for periodic export and retention of information important to the customer's business operations, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.
Voice interactions and website operation
You understand that SnapCRM may process website submissions, voice interactions, chat activity, CRM entries, and related operational data in order to deliver the service.
SnapCRM does not guarantee any particular business outcome, customer response, sales result, uptime level, speech-recognition result, routing result, delivery result, or data outcome from any SnapCRM website, voice interaction, or stored CRM record.
No warranties and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapCRM is provided as is, with all faults, and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapCRM, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, customer information, or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of SnapCRM, Inc. for any and all claims, actions, losses, or outcomes arising out of or relating to SnapCRM websites, voice interactions, chat interactions, data storage, exports, or the service will never exceed the amount paid by the customer for one month of SnapCRM service immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Private issue escalation
Before publicly alleging operational misconduct, service failure, or data-handling misconduct by SnapCRM, the customer agrees to give SnapCRM written notice of the issue and a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond in good faith, except to the extent a different approach is required by law or the customer is making truthful statements protected by law.
Agreement updates
SnapCRM may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively from the version presented at signup or from any later version accepted by the customer.
